The Nexhaul Shark Series 8.5x28 race trailer is built for racers and professionals who demand serious strength, serious function, and a trailer that performs at the highest level. Built with Nexhaul’s .080 engineered PC screwless exterior, the Shark Series provides outstanding structural rigidity, reduced vibration, and a smooth professional finish. Reinforced with 16 inch on center framing in the floor, walls, and ceiling, the trailer is engineered to handle demanding loads and constant use.

The trailer rides on tandem 6,000LB torsion axles with electric brakes on all four wheels, providing smooth towing and confident stopping power with a 12,000LB GVWR rating. The spread axle setup improves stability on the road, while the lowered fender skirt, bull nose front with cast corners, and chrome trim give the trailer a sharp professional appearance.

Inside, the trailer is built for real race operations. The 3/4 inch engineered flooring backed by a 15 year warranty is covered with coin rubber flooring from the front wall to the ramp flap, giving excellent traction when loading vehicles or moving equipment. White vinyl walls and ceiling provide a clean, bright working environment that is easy to maintain.

Race ready features include a large driver side escape door with removable fender, allowing low profile race cars to exit easily. Interior storage includes 8.5 foot straight upper cabinets on the front wall and 6 foot base cabinets on the driver side for tools, parts, and equipment.

The Level 2 electrical package includes two 48 inch LED ceiling lights with wall switch, multiple 110V outlets, a panel box with a 30 amp RV inlet and cord, and an additional receptacle inside the base cabinet. A 70 amp smart charger keeps the battery system maintained, while the factory installed 8,000LB interior winch makes loading vehicles easy and controlled.

Additional features include LED puck lights in the sharktail, an exterior spare mount with aluminum spare, and wiring and bracing for future air conditioning installation. The trailer also includes 6 inches of additional height for a full 7 foot interior height, creating more working space inside.
