The trailer body is constructed with .024 gauge screwed aluminum exterior panels supported by 16 inch on center wall and floor framing along with 24 inch on center roof bows. Inside, durable 3/8 inch wood interior walls and a solid 3/4 inch wood floor create a dependable cargo area designed to handle repeated loading and unloading.
A one piece aluminum roof sealed with high tech roof sealant protects the trailer from the elements, while the aluminum tread plate stone guard protects the front of the trailer from road debris. The V nose design improves towing efficiency while adding additional interior cargo space.
Loading is simple thanks to the rear ramp door, while the 32 inch by 66 inch side door with bar lock provides convenient access to the interior. Plastic side flow vents allow airflow inside the trailer while DOT approved exterior lighting improves visibility during transport.
Additional features such as aluminum tread plate fenders, a manual 2,000LB tongue jack, and a 2 inch coupler with safety chains complete the trailer’s practical design. Inside the cargo area, a 12 volt interior light provides visibility when loading or unloading.
