Built with Nexhaul’s .080 engineered PC semi screwless exterior, the Rocket Series delivers superior rigidity, reduced vibration, and a smooth high end finish. Reinforced with 16 inch on center framing throughout the floor, walls, and ceiling, the structure is designed to handle heavy loads and constant use.
The trailer rides on spread tandem 6,000LB torsion axles with electric brakes on all four wheels, providing excellent stability, smoother towing, and strong braking performance. Radial tires, aluminum wheels, aluminum fenders, and aluminum corners complete the durable exterior while maintaining a clean professional appearance.
Inside the trailer, the cargo area is built around a 3/4 inch engineered floor backed by a 15 year warranty and finished with coin rubber flooring for traction and durability. The interior features black aluminum walls, 36 inch carpeted lower walls, and a white vinyl ceiling, creating a clean and professional work environment.
Upper V nose cabinets provide convenient overhead storage, while the interior includes eight floor mounted D rings for secure cargo tie downs. The trailer also features a spacious 78 inch interior height, allowing room for vehicles, equipment, and race gear.
A spring assist ramp door with ramp flap and dove tail rear design allow for smooth loading of vehicles and equipment. The 48 inch side door with flush lock provides quick entry to the interior.
This trailer is fully equipped with a complete electrical package designed for track and jobsite use. The system includes four 48 inch LED 110V ceiling lights with wall switch, multiple 110V receptacles, a panel box, a 30 amp RV inlet with power cord, and additional 12 volt LED interior lighting. Two manual roof vents provide airflow while a vented battery box supports the electrical system.
Additional upgrades include a 60 inch extended tongue for improved towing stability and a 4,000LB electric tongue jack for easy trailer hookup and leveling.
