**Pricing, Rebate, Availability, and Financing Disclaimer** All advertised prices include an instant cash rebate and are based on a cash purchase. Standard pricing applies to all non-cash purchases, including financed transactions, credit card transactions, trade-assisted purchases, or any transaction not paid in full by approved cash equivalent at the time of sale. Prices, specifications, advertised payments, finance terms, rebates, incentives, and inventory availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Taxes, title fees, registration fees, freight, dealer processing fee, lien fees, optional products, service contracts, accessories, delivery charges, and any other applicable charges are not included unless specifically stated in writing. Inventory is updated frequently but cannot be guaranteed. Units may be sold, pending sale, removed from inventory, substituted, or otherwise unavailable without notice. Advertised payment examples are estimates only and are based on approved Tier 1 preferred credit, zero down payment, and do not include tax, title, tag, freight, processing fee, or other applicable charges. Payment examples are currently calculated as follows: purchases from $1,500 to $4,999 at 8.49% for 36 months; purchases from $5,000 to $9,999 at 10.74% for 60 months; and purchases from $10,000 to $25,000 at 11.74% for 72 months. Actual approval, rate, term, payment, and required down payment may vary based on lender approval, creditworthiness, amount financed, collateral, residency, and other lender requirements. Virginia customers financing a trailer through Proline Trailers must pay all applicable tax, title, registration, and tag fees to Proline Trailers so the unit can be properly titled and registered. Customers with DMV, tax, insurance, registration, or other administrative stops, holds, suspensions, or blocks agree that any required amounts must be paid and cleared before Proline Trailers can complete title, registration, or tag work. Proline Trailers makes every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy; however, errors in pricing, payments, specifications, descriptions, availability, financing terms, rebates, or fees may occur. Proline Trailers is not responsible for typographical, clerical, system, data feed, website, third-party advertising, or calculation errors and reserves the right to correct any error, reject or cancel any transaction based on an error, and refuse to honor inaccurate pricing or payment information. Prices are not retroactive. If pricing, rebates, incentives, finance terms, or advertised payments change after a customer’s purchase, Proline Trailers will not refund, credit, reimburse, or otherwise compensate the customer for any price difference, rebate change, incentive change, or later adjustment, regardless of the amount of time that has passed since the purchase.
